Shipping Policy

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your country or region. Please consider that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

Free Shipping

  • Canada: Free shipping for orders over $59 CAD.
  • USA: Free shipping for orders over $129 CAD.
  • Worldwide: Free shipping for orders over $200 CAD.

Same-City Delivery

  • GTA Area: Free delivery for orders over $59 CAD before tax. Order cutoff time is 4 PM on working days. Orders placed before 4 PM will be delivered the same day, and orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Montreal Area: Free delivery for orders over $79 CAD before tax. Order cutoff time is 11:30 AM on working days. Orders placed before 11:30 AM will be delivered the next day, and orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered the day after next.

Important Notes:

  • All processing and delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • For Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items: If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship available items immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured that the remaining items will arrive shortly after.

Disclaimer:

  • Coolmax Vape uses third-party shipping carriers, such as Canada Post and UPS, to deliver your orders. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Coolmax Vape is not responsible for any delivery delays, errors, or issues that may arise. However, we will do our best to coordinate with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your package reaches you.
  • For customers living in condos or apartments: carriers typically leave packages at the reception desk or in the mailroom. If you request a delivery directly to your unit, please note that some carriers may charge an additional fee. Any such fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Canada Post Parcel Pickup Process (Primary Shipping Mode)

  • For Condo Addresses: Packages are generally placed at the reception or in the mailroom. If there is no mailroom, packages may be left in the community Canada Post (CP) mailbox. Condo addresses must include the unit number; otherwise, the package may be returned, and Coolmax Vape is not responsible for this.
  • For House Addresses: Packages may be left at the front door or in the mailbox, or a pickup notice may be provided, requiring collection from a nearby pickup location. If the community has a CP mailbox, the package will be placed there, and the recipient needs to retrieve it.

UPS Parcel Pickup Process

  • For Condo Addresses: Packages are typically placed at the reception or in the mailroom. Condo addresses must include the unit number; otherwise, the package may be returned, and Coolmax Vape is not responsible for this.
  • For House Addresses: Packages may be left at the front door or in the mailbox, or a pickup notice may be provided, requiring pickup from a nearby UPS location.

Tracking Your Order You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package's journey. Tracking information may take 1 to 3 working days to update. You can also visit our Tracking Page for more details.

Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. While we strive to process orders quickly, please contact us immediately at info@cvdtech.ca if you believe you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once shipped, the carrier must be contacted directly to update any address changes.

Returns By placing an order on our website, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details on processing a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages Coolmax Vape is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for support.
